Welcome to The Flying Bull
As per the government announcement we have made some changes to the way we operate.
Upon entry you will be asked to wait to be seated at a table. It is a condition of entry that customers always wear a face covering. Face coverings can be removed when eating and drinking but must be warn if you stand up to leave the table for any reason i.e. pop to the loos etc.
Last food orders will be at 8.45pm and last drink orders at 9.45pm. All customers must leave the premises by 10pm. We already close at 10pm so there is no change in our opening hours.
Regretfully, we will no longer be able to allow customers to order at the bar and everyone must have a table at which you will receive table service. This includes our garden tables.
Finally, we ask that when possible please call us to book a table for food and drinks as this will help us ensure we have enough staff available to offer table service to everyone.
These are newly announced restrictions and we will aim to do our best to assist all customers as quickly as possible. We hope you will continue to support us, and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
The Flying Bull is a traditional coaching Inn situated in the heart of the South Downs National park, between the old market town of Petersfield and the village of Liphook. Situated in two counties, the borders of both Hampshire and West Sussex run right through the centre of the pub.
Complete with open fireplaces, stunning decor, a restaurant overlooking our beautiful beer garden, and a warm inviting atmosphere, there couldn’t be a better place to wine, dine and stay. Food is served in the restaurant and bar, including a wide variety of choice from pub classics and tantalising specials, to fresh fish, all locally sourced and cooked by our skilled chefs.
Quality and value are of upmost importance to us, we pride ourselves on offering good quality pub food without any pretentiousness. Our award winning AA 4 star letting rooms are located in a modern, purpose built extension.
